Made to Measure Services was started in 2011 by Maria and Paul Wiltshire in an effort to support families & individuals who were Self-Directing their government funds, engaging workers and needing someone to assist them with their payroll or invoice payments. There didn’t seem to be anyone with enough of the right knowledge in this area to be able to support them properly.
Maria used her eighteen years of business management experience in the not-for-profit sector to assist families and individuals who were engaging their own workers, who might have otherwise struggled in their quest to bring about a better life for themselves, or the ones they love.
Today, we assist many families, individuals, and organisations with payroll, invoice, bookkeeping and administration support. We have even engaged Chester our son, to provide some of the day-to-day hands-on work.
As a small family business, we offer that personalised touch together with our unique knowledge of the Disability Sector and the complex changes it is going through.
